The CBS sweep of the night began with "Survivor: Guatemala" posting a 10.4/17 at 8 p.m. "Joey," 5.2/9, and "Will & Grace," 5.8/9, gave NBC second for the hour, while FOX's coverage of the National League Championship Series was third. "Alias" came in at 4.8/8 for ABC to take fourth. The WB was fifth with "Smallville," 3.4/5, which finished slightly ahead of UPN's "Everybody Hates Chris" and "Love, Inc."

I know the ratings aren't going up, but given that they declined each week last year and they've stayed consistent thus far this season, it's good.

i was looking at joey shows offical forums and there joey had 7.29 million viewers in this recent episodes, i think ur stats r wrong.

No, my ratings are not wrong. The number is 5.2 with a 9 share. The place where the "official" Joey board gets the ratings, has the same exact number, 5.2.

Final Thursday numbers for Joey: 5.2/9 rating, 7.35 million viewers, 2.9/9 adults 18-49 rating. Will & Grace almost grew 1 million viewers on Joey with 8.34 million. The same night a year ago Joey did a 8.7/12 rating, and NBC was concerned then, so what must they be thinking right now?

Surprise NBC never considered moving Joet to a New Time Slot

its disspointing to see tht season 2 has been soo good and especially the last episode was quite funny and still the ratings r pretty bad. its really sad to see this, i just hope NBC does nt cancels joey after season 2 bcz in my opinion season 2 has been quite well. i think joey just needs a boost, matt leblanc needs to bring one of the cast members frm friends in the show.

Bringing in old Friends would be such a short term fix. Joey just needs to continue its quality of writing.
