I am guilty of these...

I also over-use the "things happen for a reason" quite a bit. I have used "time heals all wounds" quite a bit earlier last month on a friend after an almost-threatening friendship conflict.

I can't think of others I have over-used. I'm sure they're out there... Hmmm.... *thinks*

"Don't get your panties in a bunch" This guy I used to work with would say that whenever I got upset about something. It just ended up making me madder.

"We'll cross that bridge when we come to it" My mom would say this whenever she didn't want to deal with an issue. That exprerssion got so old in our house.

ooooh yeah, that one pisses me off sooooo bad...i have legitimate reasons for being upset abt something and if it's important to me, it shouldn't be made as if I have no reason whatsoever for feeling that way.

I don't know if this falls in "cliches" but I hate when men say, "it must be that time of the month!" Hello F*****R, just because I am mad or angry abt something doesn't mean it's that time of the month. If it is that time of the month, I just happen to get ANGRIER, but it doesn't lessen my reasons for being mad.
