Default Joey and the House 10/13/05

EMMY WINNER BETTY WHITE GUEST-STARS AS JOEY FINDS THE HOUSE OF HIS DREAMS -- With his big paycheck from his new movie, Joey (Matt LeBlanc) goes on a buying spree -- much to the chagrin of his sister, Gina (Drea de Matteo). When he finds a house he loves, he must convince the owner (multiple Emmy Award-winning guest star Betty White, "Golden Girls") that he is the right person to own the home but she's looking for a family man with children -- and Joey and Gina attempt to give her what she's looking for. Also starring Paulo Costanzo, Andrea Anders, Miguel Nunez and Jennifer Coolidge. TV-14

Another winner from season two. Started off a little clunky, but by the end, it was really, really strong.

I think Joey saying, "Boom goes the dynamite!" is enough to make it a thumbs up. Betty White was pretty fun, too. They may want to ease off the guest stars, though.

Oh my gosh with the house and the doll baby who's head was moving it's head so fast and the dog grabbing the baby I was laughing so hard I couldn't breath and I was crying. What an awesome episode!!! What did Joey name the baby? Hymlec? Loved seeing Betty White. I was shocked to see her. Wasn't expecting her. Bobby made me laugh too! she slept with what's his name? then when she realized it was him she got upset. ROFL. then the thing about her parents divorcing. daddy. don't go daddy. stay I will be good. ROFL ROFL. Gina not wanting Joey to buy a house. That was cruel.. Joey never lived in a house before.. I loved the house.. it used to be in a porno movie ROFL. it was wierd seeing Joey and Mikey watching it rofl. well they weren't really watching the movie they were just showing Joey's friend the house..

Alex was taking her frusterations out on Mikey which was funny. Alex got drunk and told Joey she loved him but Joey thought it was just a friend love.. Joey bought a tv for the middle of the stairs? ROFL ROFL. Wow both Bobby and Gina have long hair.. Hmmmm hair exentions? Fantastic episode!!!!!

Great episode, better than last week's. Week to week this show is consistently topping itself slightly, and I hope to see that continue.

I enjoyed seeing Alex and Bobbie together, which we only just saw a glimpse of two weeks ago. The animatronic baby scene was hilarious ("Heimlich?" "Oh I'm sorry, did I pick the wrong name for the robot baby I had with my sister?"), and between that and Alex's drunkenness were the funniest moments. Once again, Zach and Michael get very little to do, but I imagine that's about to change soon.

It was an average episode, but I agree with slacker, Michael and Zach need to do more.
