Donald probably felt she did the bad job planning the event, and the other one had the spunk and the toughness that appealed to him, so he kept her and fired Jennifer W.

Trump is contradicting himself. He basically fired Chris for doing the same thing this project manager did. Yet he didn't fire her.

I think the reason she wasn't fired was because she stuck to her friendship... loyalty. At least that's the way I saw it. Still, I was expecting Rebecca to be fired.
