Would be nice if they re-released season 1 unedited!!! here in Europe it was released on 5 dvd's. I guess cuz PAL needs a better compression rate since it has such more resolution than NTSC.

I just got this email from Carsey Warner:

Mr. Troop,

Thank you very much for your interest and feedback regarding the
Roseanne Season One DVD. For a myriad of licensing and legal
restrictions, we could not use the network masters for season one.
However, I am pleased to let you know that Season Two (and hopefully all
of the future releases) will be the original, un-cut versions of the
show.

UGH! I hate the cover, you'd think they could do a better job. The red background just looks tacky and I don't think that's a flattering pic of Roseanne and Dan. They also could've focused more on Jackie and the kids this time. At least the used a pic from season 2 this time and we're getting unedited episodes.

This is great news. I'll definitely be buying this one. But I agree...the cover is pretty bad.

If you right click it and click view and blow it up you can see it for your self but what I got out of It was this:

4 Disc Set
