If Vera was a real-life character she never would've lived long enough to be 31. If somebody was that "dingy" in the real world they would never make it. People would kick her head in. There is no way anybody could be that stupid and live!

Please! A grown woman who thought George Burns was really God and she thought Santa Claus was real. She would've been long before she was 20!
