"Maude" will be released on DVD, although no release date is available yet.

Well, it is about time!!! I'm surprised the first season wasn't released sooner, since it has the controversial 2-parter, Maude's Dilemma!

Wow! Yes! Finally!

So odd, too, considering just yesterday I mentioned how we needed Maude on DVD over in The Jefferson's forum.

Here's hoping the sets do better than the reruns did.. lol.

That's not much information for Maude fans-lol I'm sure they would want to hear a little more.

I heard a few rumors about Maude being released on DVD. I hope it sells enough so they will release seasons 3-6. When I first looked at that article I thought I was seeing Phyllis Diller.

I'm surprised tvshowsondvd.com hasn't ent an alert. They're probably waiting for an official announcement. Hopefully Sony won't back down on this. It would be nice if there were some Bea, Rue, and Adrienne interviews. Is Bill Macy still alive?

Yes Bill Macy is still alive. In May he will be 83. Gald to see Sony finally got some sense.

YES!! I so glad to hear (read) this. There is no other show I want to see
released on DVD more than Maude. I hope Sony releases season 1 in
early 2006.
