The "Musical" episodes - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Did anybody really like the musical episodes of One Day? Even as a little kid I really didn't like episodes that took away from the original flow of the program. I always thought these were "filler" episodes because I thought the writer's might have reached some sort of a block for new ideas.

Naturally, the most famous one is Barbara impersonating Elton John at the seniors home.

I think a saw a clip of one of the musical eps on the reunion show back in february
