Default Trading Justice

Hello all,
I recently got the big rip-off from bynon aka wolf11. Well I have been emailing him for a month now without any responses. The last one was Sept. 7 and he said he was still going to send me my stuff. I waited a few weeks and nothing so I emailed to check the status and there has not been any sign of a email back. So me and my friend decided to go down to PA to his house and either pick up my dvds he owes me or get the ones I origianally sent him. I think thats fair. To me its like his second chance. I just wanted to see what you all thought about that idea. I just dont want to be ripped off by someone that stated how honest he was and even had references on here that said he was honest. I know a few of you have been ripped off by this guy and I wish I could help you out. I doubt I could pick up everyones stuff that he owes. If you want you can send me a private message with the list of what you traded and what your suppose to recieve and Ill try to see what I can do about getting at least one or the other back for you. The only thing I ask is if I can get your stuff back you pay for the shipping so I can send it. I will seriously try my best because sadly I have been ripped off more on this site then I have had good trades and there has to be a stop to it. Anyway feel free to get a hold of me or write in here what you think of my idea. I just want my DVD's he owes and Im sure you all do to. Take care. Jim

Default good luck

Good luck with curtis

He has apparently ran off and left everyone hanging. He finally sent me what he owed me (well most of it, 2 movies he STILL didnt get me after 3 months) but the others he did... EXCEPT he had agreed to send me a big box of vhs tapes to tranfer that i wanted, he didnt do that BUT i had not sent him yet on it, so we are even... almost......

I have heard that he was left many people hanging, and if u notice, it Appears (and i think 1 moderator confirmed it was him using ISP#s) that he has reregistered at least 2 times, simply to attack another member and slander him-----

I do not get it, he sent me an email last week saying it was all lies, and that it wasnt him and that he had sent what he owed people, but I guess not. I thought he was an ok newbie, we had a few small trades that went ok in the end, but then i guess he decided just to take the dvds and run and screw over everyone!

too bad.....

Default hey

Well he sent me a email today saying he was sick and wanted to know the list of stuff he owed me and my address. So I sent him what he wanted to know. Im giving him just a little more time then Im going there if nothing is sent. His reason to me was because HE was sick. And he said hes GOING to send my stuff out. A little different than what he sent you, but I guess Ill see. My buddy has been wanting to go on a road trip anyway. Ill give him about a week. I think almost 3 months is more than enough time to wait so we'll see how it goes. Thanks for your concern man. Ill let you know what happens. Thanks. Jim

Default yeah

Hopefully we're wrong and he'll send the stuff. It would save me a trip down there. But like I said my buddy's always up for a road trip. We once drove to Kentucky just to go Walmart. And thats about 2 1/2 to 3 hours from here. The difference this time is we have a reason to go. Anyway take it easy. Jim

no matter what a person stole from you, i think its probably a poor idea to go to his house

all the person has to do is say hes afraid, and it could be police time, and trouble for you

try and explain to a judge what your intent was to ride--how ever far--to his house and collect items

its wrong to swipe your stuff, but it would be a lot better idea for you to just forget about it, nothing good can come of it

as much as i would like to hear about some one like this getting their just rewards, a little clear thinking would be in order

interesting how this person used his other names and email addresses to submit fake references for himself

one more example of if they arent known to the group, then they need to send first

this person and i spoke of a few trades, and it all went away as soon as he realized, i wasnt going to back off the --new person send first theory

an honest person has enough sense to understand the newbie status, no matter where and who they are before they get here

stories of private trade rings, 5000 disc inventory, and numerous references, were all made up

Default bad idea

Yes, it is a bad idea to show up in person

b/c the person can call the police and u could in fact end up in jail or with a restraining order

we all get bad trades, and most of the time u just have to post about it and move on

that sucks, but it is the nature of the beast

Default I agree somewhat

I know you all are right but like I said Im not going to go there to start trouble with him. I just want my stuff. He's still emailing saying he'll send my stuff but I still think Ill never see it. But he may prove me wrong. Who knows. My buddy has his heart set on going down there for some reason. Like I said I assume he just likes road trips. Like I said if I get jail time or somethign just for going over there that would be sad but the law is awfully crazy sometimes also. I just dont want to forget it. For some reason this dude just struck a nerve with me. I have no idea why it bothers me so bad, it just does. I guess we'll just see if he sends the stuff.
