Default Did you ever...

do something when you were young and your parent(s), family have never found out about?

When my best friend and I were 9 years old, we were playing in the alley behind her house and there were a bunch of big weeds with trash strewn around. We decided to play with matches and burn the weeds and trash. It got kinda out of control and we ran to the nearby park. Later, we found out that someone had called the fire department but they never knew who had done it. We were sooooo scared after that. We kept imagining someone was going to eventually come to our doors and arrest us. We were crazy back then.

first thing that comes to mind is that shortly after my best friend was killed by a car when i was eight i was so obsessed with wanting to die, i wrote articles in my spare time about myself dying the same way and drew out a program for my own funeral. all i ever did was daydream about it but i never told anyone about how much i wanted to get hit by a car and die too, and my mom or anyone else never found the morbid things i was making, and i'm so glad she didn't because i wasn't actually suicidal and the emotional phase i was going through wasn't as dangerous as it probably sounds. god that would have been such a mess if she knew.

There were so many things I never told my parents about I couldn't even list them. Not that any of them were really bad. I'm pretty sure I never told my parents about the times I was drunk.

In 7th or 8th grade, my parents had a surprise birthday party for me. One day my best friend at the time was at my house and my mom told me to go upstairs and shut the door while they talked to her. Well, of course I listened. She came back upstairs and I told her I heard all about the party. She was in charge of coming up with people to invite and whatnot...So we made the list together. Everyone knew I knew about it except my parents.

I've done a lot of things in my life my parents have never found out about. I would like them to live out thier golden years thinking their middle child isn't a complete deviant.

Well I almost didn't get caught. I was making macaroni and cheese a few years ago and the mit caught on fire. I was panicing. Everyone else was watching TV and I didn't know what to do. I started stepping on it and it didnt work so I put it in the sink and let the water run on it. Then my family was screaming from the other room, "It smells burnt. Did you burn it?" lmao After they ate it, I fessed up cause I was crying and shook up. They couldn't believe I handled a fire without them knowing it hehe. I find it funny to this day.

There have been times where I've lied and told my parents I was sleeping over a friend's house, when in actuality, it was at a boyfriend's house Thank god they never found out.

Another time , when I was in 6th grade, a few friends and I got in trouble with the cops for "trespassing" ( we were just exploring the property of an abandoned house). We never got written up or anything, but I'm just glad the info never got leaked to any of our parents.

Well I just did something currently my parents don't know about. I met my boyfriend from an online dating service, they'd kill me if they found out. They don't care that I'm 20, and an adult.

When I was a pre-teen, Me and a friend use to walk this railroad track frequently that was up some 50 plus feet high and nothing around it supporting! If my mother would have found out I did that, she would have tore my ass up! LOL

Yeah, neither parent know that I smoked for a short period of time when I was in HS. I smoked for about two months of my freshman year in the spring of 2000, and for a couple of weeks during my senior year in the fall of 2002.

That's just one of many things my parents don't know about me, and I'm keeping it that way.
