Can anyone tell me which episode has Barney explaining the jail rules to some new prisoners? Rule #1 is, "Obey all rules!"

I'm almost positive it's Episode #95 from Season 3, "The Big House" when Barney and Gomer keep allowing the 2 prisoners to escape while Andy is busy looking for the other two from their gang. Hope this helps. Great episode!

***Also, note how while Barney is giving his "Rules" speech, Andy is facing the other way trying not to break up laughing, ESPECIALLY when Barney says "OBEY ALL RULES . . ."
