Roseanne.

Fresh Prince may have its moments, but it's nothing compared to Roseanne.

Fresh Prince is okay, but Roseanne is on a level untouched by nothing besides Seinfeld in the 90's sitcomwise.

anyways, isn't it a little wrong to make fat jokes? Part of the reason Roseanne was so groundbreaking was because it was basically the first time a woman who didn't have a supermodel build got a tv show and the networks didn't put any pressure on her to slim down and "get hot"

BTW, Terri was my favorite blonde on TC

I'd have to say I prefer Fresh Prince to Roseanne. I love em both, but if I could only watch one of them it would be Fresh Prince.

I have to choose Fresh prince becasue the kids on Roseanne wasn't featured enough for me. In some roseanne episodes, you only saw dan and roseanne and jackie. And I find myself turing it off when i see episodes like that. On fresh Prince you never saw only Uncle Phil and Vivian for long periods of time, it was the entire family

Now this truly is a tough one, because I've recently become a Roseanne Fan, I've gotten a new appreciation for the show, so I think both FP and Roseanne are great shows, so I can't choose-sorry

actually, that was something I liked about Roseanne, it wasn't like the Cosby Show where luster was lost when the kids got older, if anything, the strength of the three main grown characters kept it good. Darlene's the only one of the kids I cared about but Sara Gilbert went to college in season 6 so she wasn't featured as prominently and was usually only in half the episodes a season from 6-9. Becky was a spoiled brat and then the "trailer trash princess" thing got old quickly when Sarah Chalke came in, and DJ was just too odd to base a lot of episodes around. Plus, the show was called Roseanne, so it was about her, as opposed to the Connor family

lol. That really had to make him/her cringe...

anyways Roseanne Is the better show IMO, but why are we comparing these anyways In My opinion they are in completely different groups. Im not saying TFPOBA is a piece of crap because i love TFPOBA but I don't think it belongs in the same catagory as Roseanne...
