I can't remember which part it was, but I remember "shorty" walking into their apartment (there's that "just walking into the Evanses apartment again") and no one was home. She goes to their refrigerator and grabs what it looks like cake and milk. Was that because the poor girl was hungry or what? The child haven't been on the show a month and she's already learned how to walk into someone's place. Ms. Gordon walk in with a cop, accusing the family of something I can't remember and starts crying.
Why is it that I was pissed when she walked out of the closet? Why couldn't she just stay quiet. She was running for a reason (her mother). Then she lies to everyone and says that her moms never beat her. I swear everytime I watch that scene, I want to jump thru the screen.

I think we already covered this. Penny still loved her mother even if she was getting beat down, and didn't want her to be sad and upset. I know it's hard to understand that, I know I don't but, it's her Mom. She's a kid and that's all she had. |
