Conflicting reports, but the number now is possibly up to 24. The bus was burned down to it's metal frame so anyone left is dead. Some of the elderly were carrying oxygen tanks, so that could be the cause of the explosion.

The news reports are saying that the brakes caught on fire and having O2 tanks on board didn't help the situation any. Only 9 people are in Parkland hospital, one critical with smoke inhalation. The bus was towed away with the charred remains inside.
