Default What are your most compulsive habits?

I tend to search for spelling errors in almost everything I read, whether it's a newspaper, letter, anything.

I have a real bad habit of rolling my eyes when my boyfriend says something to me that I do not want to hear.

I have a real bad habit of drinking coke or pepsi when I am upset.

OOh I have a really bad habit of drinking coke and eating doritos when I am upset (which would explain the size of me hehe) I also bite the skin on my fingers..I gotta stop that lol. Don't even realize I'm doing it. I also have a really bad habit of crying when I cut onions. What's up with that??

It's weird, I don't cry when I have my contacts in. When I am wearing my glasses, i need to take a break and buy a box of kleenex!

I think my most compulsive habit is taking things way too seriously.

I take things too seriously all the time! I hate when people call me sensitive!

Ireneparalegal, I always have to make tuna fish ( i make it with onions, celery, and miracle whip ) and I always have my onion chops soo big to get it done early. My family wanted me to chop smaller. I told them they can cut them! Never heard another complaint..

I compulsively over-analyze things to death. I can often find ten different meanings to ONE situation/event or what someone has said. I cannot help it. It almost spouts out like old faithful whether I want to or not (<---- that was a Three's Company quote that I find fits well!). I also am such a worry-wart. I swear, it's for LITTLE things that worry me about people I care about that wouldn't normally OVERLY bother others. hno:

I do that too! Out local hometown paper has got to have the worst editor on the planet, because I am always cathcing at least 4-5 errors an edition. Aggrivates me.

Well, it is nice to know that I'm not the only one. And I can be VERY emotional and moody.

I do that as well. I get so paranoid sometimes, that I just blow things WAY out of proportion. But then again, I also have a tendency to not things seriously and just let stuff roll by. Like whenever I get lost, I never panic...I mean, it's Southern California. Come on now, you're bound to find your way to the freeway eventually.
Someone else mentioned they're very emotional...I am too! I cry at the end of almost every movie I've ever seen. Stuff just affects me in such a deeper way...I'm weird.
I over-analyze everything. At my high school prom (I went with one of my best girl friends), I got asked to dance by who else, but my crush of two years. Needless to say, I spent the next couple of weeks re-playing those two dances in my head wondering if I did something wrong or why he picked me of all the people to dance with...yada yada yada.
Another one of my compulsive habits is always looking for grammatical erros...especially in menus.
I clean and organize way to much...I like order.
I do pick my lower lip sometimes...mostly because I get nervous (it's better than smoking...)
I depend on caffeine to function in life. If I don't get my two cups of morning Java, a red bull (sometimes two) and a "mega monster" in me every day...it's not gonna be one pretty day.
There's so much more...haha....
