Hi everybody. I had a quick question that some of you may be able to help me with. My girlfriend is a HUGE fan of the show - as many of you are - and as a surprise I thought I would take her on a trip to Queens, NY (We live in Maryland) - and try and find many of the locations from the show. I thought it would be a great surprise - and a fun day trip for the both of us. So far on my list is:
Lemon Ice King of Corona The Unispehere I've trolled the forums looking for information regarding the house - or a similar house in a similar neighboorhod - It seems Woodhaven - or Rego Park is the palce to go??? I just want a photo op in front of a similar house - any ideas? It seems Coopers Ale House is another place - and what day trip wouldn't involve beer? Are there any other ideas? Please let me know - it seems some of you are from the area - so any insight you could lend would be great! Please help me give her this amazing trip - I know she'll never forget it. Thanks in advance for all of your time. Please feel free to email me at if you decide not to post - maybe we'll spring for your beer at Coopers! : ) |

Lemon Ice King -- is on 108th St. in Corona. So you want the 111 St. station on the 7 train.
Unisphere -- you want Flushing Meadows park. Take the 7 train to Shea stadium [see my username, heh] or you can find your way easily enough after the Lemon Ice King. They go to the Queens Center mall a bunch of times. That is at the Woodhaven Blvd. subway stop. Coopers is allegedly in Glendale isn't it? No other ideas. They mess around locations a bunch of times in the show, so it's hard to tell where they live exactly. You shouldn't have problems finding similar houses though. Have fun! |

That is excellent information - down to the train stops. I can't thank you enough - I think she'll flip over this. Thanks again! : )

To get to the Lemon Ice King by car, take the Long Island Expressway west to the Midtown Tunnel, take the 108th Street exit and turn right onto 108th Street. The Lemon Ice King will be on your left not too far down.
