Vashti will be happy to hear this. I think he's been waiting for it for quite awhile.
Edit: duh, he already knows. |

I love the movie Fame and have always been curious about the television series. Alan Parker, the director of the film, states on the DVD of the movie that the show was nothing like the movie.

She must've have been a guest star, or one of the background dancers. She was never a regular on the series. |

That's what I'm waiting for, the cover art. Pavan do you know if one logo or the other will be featured on the package, Sony or MGM? |

I fear trouble already. This says 736 minutes and the press release says 768 minutes. That's a big difference. If it's 736, it's 46 minutes per episode average. If it's 768, it's 48 minuters per. |

ugh, syndication strikes again
(or does that count since most of Fame's original run was in syndication? lol) I hope it's a mistake on Sony's behalf and that Fame's unedited. I haven't seen the show in over a decade since it was on WGN and will love to add it to my DVD collection. To me, Fame is alongside MASH and Buffy The Vampire Slayer when it comes to the elite group of TV shows that were actually better than the original movie. |

Mark Goodman was on Fame? I don't remember that
(yes, I know that was Lee Currerri, but it's been so long since I've seen the show and his hair wasn't as big in the movie that I forgot how much they looked alike, lol) |
