I think he actually went to an acting high school. I could be wrong though. Yes, he has inspired me. I'm taking drama at the time and were doing a comedy this year for our school which helps a whole lot. Now I can practice my physical comedy!
Also, for our spirit week on moviestar monday I'm going to dress up as Jack and 2 of my friends are going to dress up as Janet and Chrissy. Everybody agreed that I should be Jack b/c I act alot like him. That's why my nickname is Tripper...LoL

Yes, I think John majored in drama and minored in psychology, if I'm not mistaken. He did go to a professional acting school, I believe.
Definately one of the reasons I'd take up acting again I did acting before I knew of John (or, rather, really admired him) but he's the reason I'd continue with it-- someone with his drive and passion for it is definately an inspiration.

Well, I always wanted to be an actress before I was a big fan of John's, but he's really inspired me to do theatre also. I would only like to do a sitcom, be in the theatre, and movies. But there isn't any clubs in my middle to do some acting, but I'm definitely going to take some drama classes when I get in the high school.

I was born in '77. So I remember watching TC from like the age of 6-7 whenever it was on. And what I take away most was how 'funny' John was too me. I mean I would fall down laughing watching him. And, he would get the ladies bye being funny.

He influenced me to make sure people I care about remember me for be a good person and never forget what I did to make them feel special. That's exactly what John did for his family, friends and fans.I've done that so far.A lot of people wrote that in my yearbook by telling me how great I am,that I'm a great guy, told me to never change, that I'm "the funniest MOFO" they've ever seen
,etc.

John's a major influence in me wanting to become an actor, definately. He's persevering, a great actor, and from what we've been learning these last 4 tough years, a dignified gentlemen- the noblest quality.

I have always been into performing onstage, it is just a great way of expressing yourself, making friends, having a great time, etc... i recently got cast as violet in our high school production, my characater is very funny and movement intensive so I am going to use some of John's stuff to mentor me!! He not only influenced me in that way, but in the aspect that we need to be more accepting of people, and any differences they may have, also to just live life to it's fullest, because as John's death showed, you never know when it may end, treat everyday like it could be your last and do not take anything or anyone in your life for granted. Just go out and have fun with whatever you are doing, this is a great way to keep John's legacy going for so many generations to come!!!
