Default Why do dogs eat grass?

Why do dogs eat grass and then throw up? My dog (she thinks she's mine)lol. Sheeba will eat grass and then throws it back up, I yell het to stop, but she does it agian,it seems like she's ignoring me, somebody said it's because the grass cleans out the dogs stomach. Just wondering if it was ok for a dog to eat grass. Exspeciily when Sheeba was sick earler this year, but she's spoiled rotton and running around as ever now.

I hear it's good for their digestive system. Dogs know to eat it instinctively. It's like a doggy's version of "stomach medicine" that we humans take.

Dogs eat grass when their stomachs are upset so they will throw up and feel better! So, if you see your dog eating grass, wait a while before you let him in the house! lol!

I also didn't know that dogs ate grass. I knew cats did. For their digestive system. I think it's kind of funny that cats and dogs will eat grass to only puke it up later. My cat is always eating grass and puking it up.
