Not that impressed. The twist was stupid. The people look boring.

As I was watching the show I said to myself "I think I'm tired of watching this show." Each edition in the past has ended up pretty good but now I'm starting to feel like the whole thing is just getting tired, boring, routine, etc., etc.

well, it always seems like the people are boring, especially in the beginning, because we don't know them yet and they haven't allowed themselves to come out. I was shocked that Stephanie was brought back, not so much by the fact that somebody was brought back, I knew that from reading articles, but I thought it would be someone like Rudy or another fave that didn't win. Stephanie I guess they felt would be the best one seeing that her last tribe dwindled down to just her. I guess they wanted to know the feeling of being on a team that can win challenges.

I liked last night's episode and am hopefull for the new season.

I thought the first challenge (11 mile hike) was brutal. If they keep up that sort physical challenges, we might loose more people to injury.

I do think that they had to give Bobby John an IV off-screen. If he was as far gone (dehydrated) as he looked, I doubt he would have been able to participate in the next challenge a few hour later without some IV fluids.

Providing Medical teatment has been done before, but they told the viewers about it.

Would you folks concider that "cheating"? I am not sure. Certainly the producers need to make sure no permanant damage (or death) is done, but should that disqualify the patient from the game?

I think I've been spoiled... for the last 2 months almost I've been watching Borneo, Australia, and now Africa in repeats on OLN, and I think to myself "This is what made Survivor what it is".

To be completely honest... I haven't been "excited" about a season since Pearl Islands. All-Stars was terrible, The Gender war in Vanuatu turned me off... Palau was too predictable. Etc. The show is getting old...

The last few seasons have blended together for me. I didn't even watch it yesturday because I'm tired of it. Stephanie coming back is a plus though. Everyone really liked her. I don't see why the put Bobby John on. He was just kind of there before. I think the two twist reffering to the two people coming back should not have been considered two twists.

I hate the twist, but the premiere was decent; I liked the hike. I like BJ and Steph, but can't stand that they're back. My early favorites are Brandon and Jamie for being the only two people not excited to have BJ and Steph back.

I really hope BJ and Steph go very soon; I don't know if I'll be able to really enjoy the season until they're gone and stop dominating the airtime.

I must confess, I lost interest in watching Survivor about four seasons ago, but I did end up watching the premiere of this season, and I actually found myself enjoying!!! But, I still can't wait for the premiere of the new Amazing Race!!!

Has anyone else who thought this season started off weak gotten into it over time? I've actually been very entertained by Survivor this season, with Bobby Jon and the other guy going against each other, with Judd calling everyone scumbags, Gary, Lydia, Steph, etc. For me, everytime I think Survivor won't interest me anymore, I always wind up getting into it.

Yeah, I ended up really enjoying it for the most part. Watching Steph lose was all worth it in the end.
