Default What Bad Memory or embarrassing moment do you have....

of school, whether it's kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school or college/university:

For me (sorry to all the guys here!) when I was 12 and I was in catholic school. Us girls had to wear skirts, at that time pants were a NO NO for girls. Well, I started my you know what. I wasn't expecting it and it was so bad. i had to put my sweater around my waist and tie it on so the back of my skirt didn't show since i had a very noticeable stain. I was so upset. I had three more hours of school and I just wanted to die!!!!!

That happened to a friend of mine, only she was wearing jeans. Lucky for her she had a coat with her!

One thing that comes to mind for me immediately is when I was in 7th grade, and a friend of mine blabbed to my crush that I liked him. OMG. I went home and cried. I wanted to wring her neck for that.

same thing happened to me in 7th grade..my friends swore they wouldn't tell anyone after i seriously emphasized how much i didn't them want to and days later they all deliberately approached him together and told him. it was the first time i'd ever told anyone that i liked someone and to this day i'm still scarred by it and don't trust people. thanks a lot guys, you know that putting your needs for amusement in front of others' feelings is what any caring friend would do. nothing brightens my day more than being treated like i don't matter.

Isn't that a shame? I can relate. I know what it was like being a teen and having people tell the person u have a crush on that it's you. Man, you can never look them in the eye after that. I remember that happened to me in 7th grade. All them witches were laughing thinking it was funny that I was "in love". Man, I do believe in karma though, I had seen some of them witches years later, and the GODS OF PAYBACK did wonders with their looks. It was my turn to laugh hard!!!! LOL

That reminds me of a story a friend told me when we were in high school. She was in 7th grade at the time -- this was the year I was in 8th grade (98 - 99). There are a couple of 7th grade teachers who will sit at random tables throughout the lunchroom, for added supervision. My friend was at a table, and this girl was at the next table, and the girl was sitting next to one of the 7th grade geography teachers. I should also mention the girl was wearing white jeans that day -- when the girl got up to go dump out her lunch tray, there was a puddle of blood on the seat, and blood on the back of her pants. She had just gotten her first period sitting right next to one of her teachers, in a lunchroom! I didn't laugh when my friend told me, she wasn't laughing either...We both felt really bad that it happened to that girl. How mortifying!

My mom told Joe Farrell (host on Trading Spaces Family) that I liked him. I could've killed my mom. The next few days, when Joe and the crew were still around, he KNEW I liked him. *head/hand*

I love when Karma bites them in the ass. I know some girls I went to school with have gained weight and stuff and I just laugh, because they were so self-centered and mean.

OMG...Mother Nature was mad at her or something.

I would have run away from home or something. Eek.

Man, that is the worse thing, having no warning whatsoever. Menstrual cycles and earthquakes...two devastating things I have to live with here in Cali.

Ouch! Yes, period stories ARE embarrassing indeed.....

I was fortunate to not have a "first period" embarrassing story in public. I think the middle school crowd is definitely MEAN when it comes to first periods, though. I DO recall one of my male classmates teasing me (as I was ALWAYS quiet and keeping to myself) that he saw red blood dripping down on the floor from my chair. Gullible little me looked and saw nothing. Argh. I was pissed but kept quiet about it. This was about fifth grade for me BEFORE I got mine. Silly youngsters!

I recall in second grade a teacher (a nun) made me cry. I can't recall what was said to me, I just know that I was crying. I remember my classmate Paul, who was sitting next to me and he tapped me lightly on my arm and gave me some tissue.

I've had lots of bad memories, so I'll stick with an embarassing moment. I was in 4th grade, I was presenting a composition at the front of the class. Some girls up front were giggling, I didn't know why they were giggling. Then my stomach growled. they laughed even more. When I sat down, I realized my zipper was down.

Oh S***T, that is so embarrassing!!! I guess us girls having our periods unexpectedly and guys having their fly open are the ones that get the most embarrassing moments here huh!!!

I remember once when I was in 4th grade, our nun made me go over to the window, open it, and shout out it, because I wouldn't answer her questions.
