Exclamation All PS Fans Please Read!

I for one, am getting sick and tired of Nick At Nite's lack of air time for Perfect Strangers! I mean, they announce that N@N/TV Land has bought the rights to the show, and yet, they are wasting a perfectly funny, and classic sitcom of the mid-80's and early-90's.

Oh sure, they air the show when it's convienent for them... an episode or two during special theme weeks, few and far between. Now, they're announcing other shows from that era, such as Family Ties and Cheers, to move into the schedule in 2001. What about PS, which was purchaced sometime in 1999, set to air in 2000? All I can say is, what a waste of money. I certainly wouldn't pay for a good series in advance, just to throw other crap like Three's Company, and Facts Of Life into a permenent schedule instead.

What do you say? I think we should call or write N@N, Viacom Inc., or whomever we need to, in order to get PS aired permenently on either N@N, or TV Land. Thank you for letting me get this off my mind.

I admit, I want to see Perfect Strangers as much as any of you, but don't go badmouthin FOL. FOL is getting pushed around too, ya know. The real villain is Three's Company. Why on the face of this earth did they ever air that show in the first place?

Default A Little plan for PS to be a premanent show until the sun blows up

Can I please tell you what is on my mind for a few minutes. For the past six months, I have been writing notes about TV today and TV way back when PS was on ABC and life was great. Of course, today, there is rarely anything on! Ever since Britney Spears got her popularity, I had to put up with hearing about how great she is and all that crap. I tried to smarmouth these people as leagally as I could, and guess what? As time went on, I got more and mor esick of Britney, and all these short run crap shows. All I can say is if we don't see PS by December 2002, we will either boycott certain things such as popstar concerts and some channels until we get our PS. I want to talk to friends about PS, not Britney or any of those timewaster popstars! You know something, life has been really hard since Britney has revived pop music because every one is dressing and acting absolutly strange! I will not tolerate seeing or hearing another Britney Jean Spears concert at all! I want Mark Linn Baker and Bronson Pinchot to do a commercial for TV statisfaction and ratings. I sincerly hope that Britney's televised concerts get poor ratings as well as the other concerts that sell us short of classic sitcoms. PS is a true gem! I would rather feel proud every time I hear the PS theme song then hear OOps, I Did It Again! So please, put some PS ON RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!! OR ELSE, WE SITCOMSONLINE.COM members will be calling stations like E.T. and we will get our way again. WE would rather revive the 1980's TGIF line up any day of the week than revive and support Britney SPears and her pop star acts. Whenever you hear someone talking about a Britney Spears concert, try to picture your self getting everyone at that concert singing along every song on PS. Also, as politly as possible, denounce britney cause she wastes our time! What ever happened to TGIF, PS, and good Television programming?

As has said in another thread, PS is coming to TV Land in August, so there is no need for a boycot/riot.

Settle down, lol

By the way, what I said about Britney Spears was just motivation to get your spirits nice and tall for PS's first airing since 1998! The only thing I meant to say negatively and TRUTHFULLY was about todays shows. I won't mention another word about how bad they are cause I am sooooooooo happy about seing PS on TV for a much longer time=) I love my life as a classic sitcom fan a lot!
