Remember that terrible talk show she had about ten years ago. How did she ever swing a deal like that? Her of all people.

Just from being on the Cosby Show. When the show debuted the Cosby show had only been off about 3 years and whenever a show goes off the stars of it usually are offered other ventures.

That was a strange transition, being on a sitcom for 8 years and then a talk show-lol Instead of movie offers or other offers to be on other sitcoms

I saw this show and Wow, Tempestt was just out of her element. She didn't have that authoritative presence needed in a talk show host.

She didn't talk about anything. I recall her talking about going to New York City and the only thing she could say was "I liked the different clothes everyone wears". Um, ok.

If our memories in our place aren't blown, I think this was a Dick Clark production and his idea as a vehicle for Ms. Bledsoe... Mr. Clark, hope you are doing better daily....get well soon, the TV airwaves aren't the same without you.... Blessings to all.... |
