Default The episode when Thelma Moves out

Can you picture that episode being a spinoff based on Thelma in college?-lol She moves in with the girl and two guys and that's the start of Thelma;s new life. Who would have watched?

I would've watched, but I don't think it would've lasted very long. Thelma was the least funny of everybody on the show.

I would have watched because I had a crush on her.

That said. All the Evans leave. But they all come back home. Florida, Michael, J.J., Thelma all moved out but came back. They ran out of characters to move out and come back I suppose.

James died but maybe they could have made up with him and he could have been like this ghost running around the house.

The characters Thelmas was living with in that apt, that would have been a horrible supporting cast.

That is the problem. If the cast has no redeeming quality than nobody would like it.

Those two dufes's were very unlikable.

And not even unlikable in a fun way like J.R. Ewing.

LOL - true.
You know, Thelma may not have had the skill to do comedy/comedic things, but when she gets angry, like she did at her roommates, that S**T is damn funny. JJ forces himself with his gestures, stupid lines and his face to make something that's supposed to be funny, even funnier. Thelma, when she gets so mad like she does, that is funny. Her voice gets high and has a little raspiness to it, her body be shaking around a bit. the way she got in that chick's face, damn, she reminded me of them chicks back in junior high days that would go off on somebody and were ready to kick some butt.

You know what, I was gonna post the same thing, about how I liked when Thelma got mad, and then you went and did it.

I liked when Bear was listening to that radio and Thelma snatched it from him and turned it off. Then "Raj" said "you don't have to shout." and Thelma said, "WHO'S SHOUTING!"
And when the gal said,"ooh chocolate cherries, did you bring them just for me."
and Thelma said, "No he didn't, now if you don't get outta here, I'ma have something JUST for you."
