They both wanted to start a camping store but Claire had a heart attack abt it. She wanted her $$$$ back from Sondra for putting her thru Princeton University (LOL).
I can't recall how the episode actually ended, but later on in other episodes, that stupid idea was thrown out.

They both quit grad school to have a wilderness store. Cliff & Claire helped them by sleeping in the new sleeping bags they wanted to promote. Elvin wanted the slogan, "These sleeping bags are so comfortable, even my mother in law slept in it." They were completely wrapped up & nothing but their heads were showing. Sondra & Elvin really wanted them to spend the night in the backyard, but Cliff & Claire didn't go that far.

and then remember when Denise wanted to quit college Sondra and Elvin offered her a job there. She wouldn't take it...she could have got away with murder there!
