THE PILOT KICKED ASS!!!!!!

Tuesday nights are finally "happening" again for me. In the early/mid 90's, Tuesdays meant Roseanne, then in the late 90's/early 00's, it meant Buffy. But finally Bones and Supernatural have given me a reason to love Tuesday TV again.

the girl who died in the fire was Sam's girlfriend, she died exactly the same way as his and Dean's mother did when they were little. Both deaths were FREAKY.

If it keeps up, this show is going to fill the void left when X-Files ended a few years ago.

ohhhhhh, you missed a lot in that case.

The beginning of the show took place 20 or so years back when the two brothers were like 1 and 6. A spirit grabbed the mother of the leads and when their father walked in, found her strapped to the ceiling, bleeding, and then the wall set on fire.... This is why their father began chasing down the demons that killed his wife/their mother. So in turn, the same thing ended up happening to Sam and his girlfriend, so while he originally was caring about law school, now he's going to be hunting along with his older brother.

All in all, I can't wait for next weeks episode. I know this is something I'll want on DVD.

I honestly think this is the best pilot for a TV series I've seen since Roswell

I agree...it's a really well written scarey show. I was really surprsied at the ending but i guess tehy had to kill off the girl so that Sam would join his brother in the hunt instead of going to law school. I can't wait to see what happens tomorrow night for the secoind eppy

I gotta say, this is probably my favorite show show far. Last nights ep about the Wendigo was pretty nifty. It's good to see something in this genre again, I've missed it since Buffy and Angel left. Let's hope they don't do something stupid and cancel it too soon

I thought the show was really cool! The human flesh eating creature was totally off the hook!!! I can hardly wait to see the show next week. Tell me what you think.
