Jeff Conaway to be featured on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club 3 - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was watching The Insider the other day and I just got word that Jeff Conaway, along with Tempestt Bledsoe, Bruce Vilanch, and 6 others or so will be featured on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club 3, coming soon.

BTW, does anyone have a pic of what Jeff Conaway recently look like, b/c I only caught it for a brief second on The Insider and I'm wondering what he recently looked like after he left Taxi?

I just saw the preview for this and if you're a Jeff Conaway fan, be forewarned: He is in very sorry shape.

He claims that he doesn't drink or do drugs anymore, yet he slurs his words, falls asleep while he's supposed to be rowing a boat and goes off on the judges, swearing at them and having a meltdown in the process.

It's really sad to see him this way. I think leaving Taxi was the most foolish thing he ever did...his career was never the same afterwards.

Be very warned!!!! HE IS BAAAAAAD! HE CUSSES! HE YELLS! HE ABUSES DRUGS AND IS GOING TO KILL HIMSELF ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!!! He is seen in the next preview looking under in the influence...the premiere episode, he had a bag of prescription bottles...tsk tsk

I caught the newest episode and he is pathetic right now. I really hope he gets some help. Chastity even called him on the carpet and told him she had been there before and he just denied everything, and kept blaming it on two benedrils. Conway acted like he was being disrespected and talked about how he was in the hit show Taxi and made the hit movie Grease. I thought to myself, dude that was back in the 70's a whole lifetime ago.

Be warned. on episode 3 they tell us that Jeff had to be rushed to the ER. From what they said he almost died. He later checks himself into a drug treatment center. He wil be replaced on the show by someone else.

And sure enough, he was replaced by Gunnar Nelson, son of the late Ricky Nelson and a rocker for this band called The Nelsons in the early '90s.
