My friend and I were talking about Threes Company and he said that John Ritter's mom was in the wizard of oz. Is it true? Thanks.

I didn't think so. I've read about 5 or 6 books on the Wizard of Oz and never read anything about John's mother in the cast.

I Doubt very much that Johns mother was the good witch because at the time she was way too young, the good witch was played by billy burke and at the time she was in her 50s when she did the part.
