YEAH! I've seen him... He's doing a good job as Devon! I like the storyline that focuses on him trying to look out for his mother who's a drug addict. But if someone didn't tell me who he was, I would have never guessed he was little Richie. He looks so much different now!!

Yes he's there currently. Just look out for the name Devon, that's the character he plays!
