Looking for episode - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi,

I'm new here and just had a quick question regarding an episode of the DVD show. I have been a huge fan ever since I was a kid and was thrilled when the series came out on DVD. Consequently I own all five seasons (as I'm sure many of you do). It was lots of fun seeing all of the classic episodes that I remembered watching on Nick at Nite, many of which I hadn't seen in years. However, I seem to remember an episode in which there are burglaries in the neighborhood (Rob and Laura's couch is stolen) and the burglars disguised themselves as lawn care men, yet I didn't see it when I watched all of the episodes on the DVD. Am I just crazy? Am I thinking of another television show? Did they actually forget an episode? (not too likely) Or did I just somehow miss it? If so, which season is it from? Any help would be appreciated.

That episode is called The Cat Burglar and is from season two. HTH.

Just wanted to add, that the part where Rob THINKS the sofa got stolen is the tag scene from that episode. The lawnmen/thieves actually stole the Petries' dining table and chairs.

Thanks! I have no idea how I missed that one! And thanks for reminding me about the couch. Didn't Laura actually give it away or something? I guess I'll just watch it to find out.

I believe she sent it out to be reupholstered or something. I suppose that was cheaper in those days than buying a new one!
