I’m surprised no one has mentioned this show yet (if someone has, please forgive me). It’s called Unexplained Mysteries (unique title, huh?
), and it airs on my UPN station. Has anyone caught it? I usually see it on TV on Sunday afternoons, but it probably airs at different times and on different stations across the country. The show basically deals with only paranormal and supernatural mysteries -- which is a disappointment. I wish they would deal with mysteries involving criminals and disappearances, too. It’s a decent show, I guess, but it doesn’t match Unsolved Mysteries. First of all, the production is very cheap (kind of like Unsolved in later years, but even worse) and they don’t really do reenactments either. There’s no host, just an announcer, and his voice isn’t even spooky (like Robert Stack’s), and they have no spooky music!!! Still, it's a good show if you’re looking for some interesting paranormal/supernatural mysteries. Oh, remember when Unsolved did segments about dead relatives that come back to comfort their family members? They had that one about the family that accidentally drove off a bridge and into icy water. The husband died on impact and the wife said he visited her. Well, she’s gonna be on this show (Unexplained), too! LOL! BTW, here’s the website: http://www.unexplainedmysteriestv.com/ |

Yes the title of the show has caught my attention as I've seen it in the tv listings. But I'm not a big fan of the UFO's stories and thats the only type I've seen on there. Are there any other types of stories they cover?

The title caught my attention too. I had to do a double take because at first I thought it said "Unsolved Mysteries" on my TV listings, and I got really happy that Unsolved Mysteries was playing on another network. But no, it was really "Unexplained Mysteries." I haven't checked out the show yet, but I may sometime. I know that it couldn't possibly compare to this one though!

Is that the one where the host would say: "Something happen to you? Something out of the ordinary? Put it down on paper. And send it to me. I want to read it."??
Oh no, that was the extrordinary. Boy was that guy dumb. But yes I did see "the other" UM.
