Default Watched Half the season 1 so far and the only character I really don't like is.....

MAMA. The lady who played Mama was a Horrible Actress and I only enjoyed the scenes that she wasn't in. This show is kind of similar to What's Happening, The show is at it's best when Clifton is in the Barbershop with his friends like How Raj was in the Soda Shop with his Friends. I think What's Happening was a little better because the mother on this show had a LARGER role. The Mother on What's Happening was barley seen and that's what I wish was the case on this show. So atleast I finally got a chance to see this lost sitcom from the 70's to compare it to other shows. Overall grade is a C.

Well, the mother was in the title of the show. What's up with you and these dislikes for these TV mothers?

Well that's why the show didn't last because Mama's role was too large and she was too boring. I don't know what the Tv Guide critic was talking about when he said the Mama character was fun to watch. Those scenes the critic was talking about with Mama being funny must be the deleted scenes that are not on the DVD-lol

Where the blank did you buy it from? You could have ordered both from Amazon for not much more than $40.00. Especially since you didn't watch them right away, you could have used free shipping and wait for them to arrive at your doorstep for $21 each.

Never knew anything about free shipping when ordering through Amazon.com. I thought all their items came through UPS. So can you tell me a little more about it so that way i can but the Married with Children DVD through amazon. So with the Free Shipping it comes through USPS correct?

I believe it does go through the postal service if you use free shipping, but I signed up for Amazon Prime a few months ago, so I get all my orders in two days with no shipping charge, but they come through UPS. If you haven't signed up for Prime, free shipping deliveries will most likely be USPS.

Free shipping from deepdiscountdvd.com is through USPS also.

I just wanted the entire first season DVD of That's My Mama and the only character that I did not like was Leonard (Tracy's husband)
