Default OK PEOPLE PET PEEVES ABOUT...anything!!

I was just checking out Retro's thread abt talk radio and how people stutter while on the air, I am referring to the callers. It can be annoying, I agree with him abt that. They stammer or stumble their words and it gets annoying.

One of my many pet peeves, are people who block the aisle in a store with their cart, and when you say "excuse me" they look at you funny, or they don't acknowledge you at all. I try to keep my cart from blocking the way, and when I do mess up and block someone's way, I immediately acknowledge them and say I am sorry, with a smile.

Yesss. For the most part, people are pretty decent, but then you get some who just dont care. They act like they dont see or hear you and play dumb so they dont have to do anything. Y(*DF*YDIUFHfda

One pet peeve of mine is when somebody corrects another person's spelling or grammar on a message board. Some people act like the world spins off its axis because someone misspelled a word or something. Grammar doesn't count on public message boards.

i know i hate it when people say "USE PUNCUATION" on message borards im like its not that big of a ****ing deal im not writing a school paper or anything! but anyway i hate when people always bring the subject of a conversation to them-like i have this friend who whenever i talk about a boy she knows him or he asked her out or he likes her and she never listens to what anyone else has to say

Gob: There's not a lot of logic to it. It's kind of like on a boat with "Women and children first." I mean, why should they -

yeah, you know, i tend to correct my typing when i post on this forum. I do that alot. Force of habit. Being a paralegal we worked ALOT on documents. Anyhow, sometimes i have to just relax when typing and let it go. I have commented on grammar, but only in jest like this ...LOL...but it's a forum and we should have fun.

Another pet peeve of mine is when someone calls my phone and after I say hello they say "Who's this". Hey A**hole, you called me, don't you know???

Motorists who are too lazy to use turn signals.
All of those funny-looking European and Asian cars on the road (I can't tell one from another).

I just read one of your posts on the complaint board. I am so sorry for what happened. It is rough for you and I wish I could tell you in person how sorry I am. My sympathies to you.
