I definetley like Rachel better. She was a more important part of the show than Judy. Escpecially being the mother of Richie. While there wasn't really any storylines written about Judy there were a few that were about Rachel. It seemed as though during Season 4 she was only a part time cast member, because she wasn't in all the episodes. It made less sense to write her out with no explination.

Well I liked Rachel much better, because they developed her character much better than they did Judy.

Right, I was much more upset to see Rachel go than Judy.

I don't see why anyone would choose Judy, not that I have anything against her, but what can you say about Judy. She hardly got any attention so we can't say she was funny or sassy or a goof or anything like that, she was just there.

Exactly, Judy was just there and they didn't even develop her character. Rachel on the other hand got much more attention and her character was much more developed by the end of the 4th season unlike Judy. So people are naturally going to pick Rachel. Maybe a better question could have been Rachel or Harriette? Now that is a tough one.
