I need help with Imesh5.2 [/frustrated] - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Ok,I tried to download Imesh5.2 frome www.download.com.When it was done I clicked run and stuff like you were suposed to but then something came up saying I already had Imesh running so I looked and I saw I had Imesh2.2 still on my computer I tried to uninstall it but It wouldn't let me (below is what came up)and my computer is being a wenie too

Can anyone help????

it means that your current user account does NOT have Administrator priviledges, so you can't install/remove anything that requires it - you usually dont want to use the Administrator account all of the time, for security reasons.

the best thing to do is to log on to Windows with the built-in "Administrator" account, start your computer in Safe mode, and click the "Administrator" icon at the Windows log on screen. Uninstall your program, then reboot into back normal mode with your regular user account.
