Hopefully Sony wont have any syndicated episodes for Season 5. I doubt that though. Such a great show, but such crappy DVD's. Either way I will buy all 11 seasons though!

I dont know where you get the dvd's are crappy. I havent had any problems with mine and they arent cut up like the show is on tv. Some complain about the extra feature but i dont care so much about that. Just so i get my shows in the same quality they were shown on tv. The dvd's are awesome. I think you will see all the seasons come out on dvd, isure hope they do.

The Region 1 (US) release of the fourth season has a couple of episodes that are not the original version we see outside the US in non-syndicated airings, rather are the cut versions you see in syndication, all missing 1-2 minutes of footage.

I see what you are saying now, thanks for clearing it up. I heard that they had too cut a couple of minutes because of the new song, but to me why did'nt they just add the extra time they needed to the dvd and make it right and if thats the case why arent all of the episodes cut if it was because of the new song. Seems like if that were true it would effect all the episodes so that theory does not make any sence to me. I think sony needs to get there facts straight.

Sony explained why they had to use the syndicated versions of those episodes http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=3994 I think they handled it the best way possible.

Nah.. they could have handled it better.. they were just lazy.
I mean, they could so easily have taken the new intro/outro and just replaced it on the eps which they claim they dont have the full "workprint" version of, geesh.. It can be done in a few minutes.. they were just REALLY lazy.
