I think my favorite episode title is from L.A. Law when Rosalind Shays falls down the elevator shaft it's entitled "Good to the Last Drop" lol

Another one was from St. Elsewhere. The episode where Auschlander refuses to take chemo-therapy for his cancer is entitled "No Chemo, Sabe?"

Off the top of my head:

Murphy Brown:
"FYI of the Hurricane"
"Operation:Murphy Brown"
"Ectomy, Schmectomy"
"Hoarse Play"

Those are the only ones I can think of right now. All the good ones from Wings have already been posted. If any others occur to me later, I'll edit this post.
