Default Julio must've lived in a mansion!!!

When Fred and Lamont turned Julio's house into the Sanford Arms, there were multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The Sanfords didn't exactly get a truck load of money on their loan. It just didn't make sense to me.

Fred's house MUST HAVE been pretty big too, upstairs anyway!
Remember the episode where he is trying to sell the house and takes the couple upstairs and you can hear him opening and closing doors and calling the rooms out? He opens about 5 or 6 doors and calls out the rooms.

I thought the exact same thing. It showed the hallway from inside one of the apartments and that place looked huge!

He must have done it to try and get more money, because if he had more rooms why do the guests always take Lamont's room leaving him to sleep downstairs on the couch?

Where does the term "Arms" come from anyway?

I don't know, but a lot of hotels have used it in their names over the years. For example, there's the Winthrop Arms Hotel (MA), the Windsor Arms Hotel(Canada), Pinehill Arms Hotel & Restaurant (NY), Ye Olde Carlton Arms Hotel (NY), and Beresford Arms Hotel (CA).
