I've never tuned into Roseanne on a regular basis.But from what I've seen of the show,there seems to be a simularity between the Roseanne character and Maude.Could some of Roseanne's characterisitics have been borrowed from Maude?

It is possible that Roseanne could've used Maude as an inspiration. I'm sure she was probably influenced by a lot things that she used in the show.
