I remember when Penny joined the cast it showed Wilona's apartment. Nothing like the Evans' drab abode. It has wood paneling and looked nothing like one would expect a place in the projects to look (back in the 70s).

I agree, Willona's apartment didn't look dingy at all.

Well Willona was single so she could afford to redecorate a little bit LOL. I don't remember wood paneling. I do know that she had lots of color on her kitchen cabinets.
