20- "Animal Farm."- The Post home is overrun by animals (in addition to the dog and Ed) when Carol agrees to babysit for two dogs of the neighbors' and a pig and a cat of a friends'.

21- "Budgeting."- Conservative Wilbur has good reason to be a bargain-shopper when Ed gets to be a glutton.

22- "Love Is For Horses."- Ed is in love, supposedly; Wilbur convinces Ed it's pure infatuation.

23- "The Hillbilly."- An ozark mountaineer burdens Ed with his troubles, and Ed opens up, figuring since the man was drunk, nothing would come of it. The Hillbilly, it seems, wasn't drunk, just a little woozy after having a wisdom tooth pulled, way back in Beverly Hills! (He somehow ended up hitchhiking all the way to the midwest though!)

24- "Cutting Out The Ads."- Ed hides the newspapers from Wilbur so he won't discover that his horse has been framed.

25- "Operation: Eddy."- Ed's bad leg acts up on him, worrying Wilbur, who takes him to a doctor.

26- "Some Enchanted Evening."- Carol and Wilbur's romantic night is interrupted by work.

27- "Enhanced Vision."- Ed's eating too many carrots prompts him being able to tell the future and see the unseen!

28- "For Real Horsies Only."- Babyish Ed refuses to own up to having fathered a pony with a cute little fillie.

season two-

1- "Jack's Revenge."- Jack exacts revenge on an old teacher nemesis, with Ed's help.

2- "Eeek."- Carol's new pet peeves develop, irking hubby Wilbur and horsie Ed.

3- "Return of the Hillbilly With His Kin."- Jed Clampett re-introduces himself to the Post horse, along with his family. Soon after, Jed meets the man and woman of the house, beginning a night full of Hillbilly antics, dinners, and hospitality. guest stars Buddy Ebsen and Irene Ryan with Donna Douglas and Max Baer.

4- "Picking Up The Clampetts."- While Wilbur works on an important blueprint which Carol has lately been disturbing, the Hillbillies experience the town and what it has to offer via horseback. Banker Milburn Drysdale and prim secretary Miss Jane Hathaway (Raymond Bailey and Nancy Kulp) are meanwhile searching for the Clampetts, who weren't even meant to have been going in that direction in the first place! They were originally going to a concert in New York City with the Drysdales, who were trying to make them experience culture, but ended up in the opposite direction!

5- "Ed Bribes The Hillbilly."- Ed begs of Clampett to get the story about a talking horse out of the newspaper; Jed agrees, and he and his kin are again attempting culture in New York!

More Ed misadventures are coming, so stay tuned!

Pat

that would be a great cross over with the Beverly Hillbilies. It could have been possible since they were both Filmways shows too.

Yes, I'm actually surprised that that never happened, since both shows were so off-colored.
