Does anyone remember Wednesday mentioning a town having the only name in the United States?

Meaning a city in the US with no cities outside the US being named the same?

Still confused.
Wednesday mentions a city name.How would you know its uniquely American.

Was it something along the lines of Americaville, Starsandsrtipeton?
