In the episode-"The Investigation" Florida tells Wanda that if James get a
promotion, They will be able to move into a 3 bedroom Apt on another Floor inside the Projects-lol Who the hell moves to another APT in the Projects? You Move OUT the Projects not WITHIN the Projects.

Well, what they wanted and what they could actually afford is the difference. I knew of people who remain in their apt building but move to a bigger apt. Just the reality of things.

Well they should have just waited to save more money to move OUT the projects, not to another APT in the projects.lol
