I'd have to say that the funniest moment of this entire series was the incident in which two officers bust into Harry's office to bust the exact same sting operation. They both look at each other, and one says, "Bert?". And the other replies, "Ernie?". What a classic moment!

I liked when children's writer Dr.Wiggle(a take-off on Dr.Seuss)was before the court with a woman who'd hit him for inspiring her child to swing from the tree.
"He wouldn't have put the trapeze in the trees
"If you hadn't put the idea-""Oh,please!
"I never meant the boy any real harm.
"It was only his folly that broke his arm."

"Your honor,she hit the poor man with her shoe."
"You can see the spots clearly,Bump One and Bump Two."

"I'm fining you fifty and that'll be it."
"So get outa here now,you dumb little sh-"
"DAN!"
