Yah but they can still look more like one then the other. I would say Becky mainly because he hair color is closer.

I don't think they look like Jesse or Rebecca. I think they chose the wrong twins to be the Katsopolis twins.

Jesse does have dark hair, but it could just be a shade of Becky's hair. It doesn't have to be an exact match. I think they look fine.
