Here's something I don't quite understand about this episode:

Penny was caught shoplifting, right? So, Why didn't they catch the guy who swiped her purse as well? It was on camera too. I'm sure she told her story about her purse being taken and the guy was suspiciously right next to her. Something would have shown up on camera. I'm sure the store would have had cameras all over the place. Penny should not have been the only one caught and in trouble.

But then again, she should not have stolen the necklace. And that lady should have saw that guy take something and had pity on Penny. Oh well.

I doubt the sales lady saw anything. They camera's probably didn't pick up the man taking Penny's wallet because he was standing on the side of her. And by the time Penny was caught taking the necklace the man was prob gone.

Pickpockets are slick. I don't think Penny said a person actually took her wallet. (am i right? or wrong?) she said that her wallet was in her purse and now it was gone. She didn't know her wallet had been lifted, if she did she would have caught that at the moment it happened.
