This question is for fans who still get NR in syndication.

Are the episodes in syndication the same versions that aired in syndication before A&E started airing NR? The versions with the credits during the opening scenes and the opening sequences mostly cut except for the title.

The credits are the same, but it seems that they edited out even more stuff. Like the second season premier where Mr. James runs for President. When I saw that episode recently in syndication, I could have sworn that there were scenes cut out from the ones that were in syndication before A&E picked it up. And I have been watching NewsRadio since it hit syndication in September 1998 (didn't start watching it until December 98/January 99). And since there's only like 95 or 96 episodes, I remember certain stuff.
