When I open up Internet Explorer or go to a different website bookmarked in the favorites or by the address bar, I'm getting an auto redirect to the Yahoo Mail login page(even from my homepage). The page I want will start to load and then it re-directs.

Trying the 2nd time it loads with no problem. This problem just started this afternoon and I've never seen anything like it before.

have you tried to clean out your IE cache and temp files?

do you use Yahoo Messenger, and is it running in the background?

This is strange... it seems to only do it for the first few minutes because it's not doing it now.

Yes, I have Yahoo Messenger but it's not running, I'll try cleaning out files.

It does it when I click a URL too, but only when trying to click it like this:

http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/americ....ap/index.html

Going to the site and physically clicking the link there works fine.
