Where was she eating before that? Pizza hut?
Also, why would she limit herself to like, 2 healthy things on their menu, when she could simply go to the supermarket and pick up some good food? Some people, I tell ya. |

Not EVERYTHING in McDonald's is unhealthy for you.

But most of it is unhealthy. And I seriously don't believe that that's possible either.

But I think it's highly possible to lose 37 lbs on strictly McDonald's food. Don't forget, the lady probably did some exercise, too! ![]() Also, it's the choices you make, not the place that you eat at. McDonald's has some pretty good parfaits (130 cals w/o granola), apple dippers (40 cals), and lo-fat ice cream cones (150 cals), just to name a few. ![]() BTW, dont quote me on those calorie-values, I have them memorized, so they can easily be wrong, teehees.

I guess you could lose weight on Mcdonalds but it just makes alot more sense to eat healthy food at the store where you can get a bigger variety then like two things. |

Yeah, I never eat there. The salads are unhealthy also. I think that if you don't ask for a salad without mayonnaise, they will put a gallon on it. I would never eat anything from there only if it was healthy, which is not gonna happen.

But whose going to want to healthy at McDonald's anyway?,I mean I'm
sure if someone here craves McDonald's they'll go and get a Big Mac, large fries, and large drink, not a salad, apple dippers and bottled water! |

McDonalds Premium Salads are soooo good. And hello, if you get them with the grilled chicken and dont use the creamy dressings, basically all you got it lettuce.

Yeah I guess that's true. Anything without creamy dressings is good then. |
