Why does it say Al Lewis was born in 1923? Everywhere else I've read said he was born in 1910.

That's because he really was born in 1923. He likes the 1910 date because he likes to feel older. Strange, but true.

I've been telling everyone he's 95. Oh Well.

Great photos by the way! I'm looking forward to the DVDs
IMDB even got Al's birthdate wrong:

Here you go, Dirtprod. One Koach pic, and I put in 1 Drag-U-La pic from episode 36.

Dirtprod, you're a musician. I forget if we went over this topic or not, but what is the instrument that makes this noise in The Munsters theme song? Is that the twang of an electric guitar?

USING "munsterseas2": (Which I think you posted a while back...)

The clip is 50 seconds long.

Bass guitar and surfin' drums are throughout.

0:00 - 0:03 The theme starts with trombone doing the swells.
0:03 - 0:08 The first part of the verse is electric guitar playing the melody.
0:08 - 0:10 Trombone swells the first part and the trumpet section ending it.
0:10 - 0:14 More guitar melody.
0:14 - 0:17 More trombome swells.
0:17 - 0:24 The chorus is the trumpets with an electric guitar accent at 0:21. Electric guitar also doubles (plays the same notes,) the second half of the chorus, (along with a xylophone?)
0:24 - 0:28 Electric guitar melody.
0:28 - 0:29 I'm not entirely sure what did this musical quote. I know it's flute being doubled by another instrument, possibly a xylophone.
0:29 - 0:36 Interlude played by the horn section, with an accent by the flute at 0:33. Xylophone hints are present in this section, too.
0:36 - 0:39 Brass section melody.
0:39 - 0:41 Electric guitar melody.
0:41 - 0:50 Melody with accents (I think they're trumpets.) To the end.

Of course, I could be wrong. At least it'll give you an idea...

Hope it's what you wanted to know...

My best,
Dirt

Ahh, Thank You, Dirtprod!!! It drove me nuts trying to figure out what instruments make up the theme. That shows you how good of a musician I am.

A bit of a melody of the trombone swells and guitar twangs in Season 2.
